Legal Warranty: This warranty does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Act, including rights regarding the duration of warranties, the warranty of quality, or protection against hidden defects.
Parts & Service Availability: For goods costing more than CAD $100, manufacturers and importers must make available the replacement parts, repair services, or both, for a reasonable period after the product is sold.
Duration: Aiden & Ivy will ensure that replacement parts and repair services remain available for a period of five (5) years after the date of purchase.
How to Obtain Service or Parts: Consumers may request parts or service by contacting our member care team: 888-383-5980 or by submitting a request via our website’s “Contact Us” page. Proof of purchase will be required.
